Do I need to provide my own photos and videos?
No, that's the point. For monthly management clients, I come to your location for a content day each month. I bring a shot list, scripts, and everything needed to film. You show up, I direct, and I leave with everything we need for the next 30 days of content. You don't need to figure out what to film, how to film it, or what to say. That's my job.
What happens on a content day?
Before we film anything, I've already built your strategy, content calendar, and scripts. On content day, I arrive at your location with a full shot list. I direct everything, what to say, how to stand, what to show, how to move. Signature includes a 2-hour session, Premium includes 4 hours. After the shoot, I take the raw footage and handle all editing, captioning, and scheduling.
Who writes the video scripts?
I do. Every script is written based on your brand voice, your audience's pain points, and the specific content goal for that post. You'll review them before we film so you can make sure they sound like you. Most clients find that after the first month, very little gets changed because I've locked in your voice.
Do you work with healthcare, dental, and aesthetic practices?
Yes, and they are my primary focus. Practices carry considerations most businesses don't: patient privacy, what can and cannot be shown on camera, and claims that have to stay compliant. Content is planned around those limits from the start rather than fixed afterwards. Anything involving a patient requires signed consent before it is filmed or posted, and I will not run before-and-after content or outcome claims that your profession's advertising rules don't allow. If your practice has its own marketing or compliance review, I build that into the approval workflow.
How do revisions work?
Signature includes two rounds of revisions per content batch; Premium includes four. I send everything for approval within a week of your shoot. Seven business days on Signature, five on Premium. You mark up what you want changed, and I turn it around. That rhythm exists so content actually goes out on time. If a piece keeps needing more rounds than that, it usually means we need to adjust the strategy rather than the edit, and we'll talk about it.
What platforms do you manage?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest. Monthly management packages cover all five. We'll discuss during onboarding which platforms make the most sense for your business and audience, not every business needs to be everywhere.
